Who We Are

Unit Park is a Toronto-based professional parking management and development firm with more than four decades of experience serving clients throughout Toronto and across Ontario.

For over 40 years, Unit Park has successfully managed and operated parking properties ranging from 35 to 10,000 spaces. This extensive experience has taught us that every property is unique and requires a tailored approach. We work closely with each property to understand its specific needs and deliver efficient, reliable, and customer-focused parking solutions.
